The main items of the agreement include cooperation in the official sport events' organization, preparation and realization of the programs which popularize healthy life-style, mass sport as well as professional sports, conducting of the methodical seminars with sportsmen, coaches and referees.

An effective cooperation between the RBU and the Center for the special physical training of FSB has been established several years ago. The signing agreement will raise the quality of our cooperation to the new level. Within the framework of this agreement special events will be organized, the biathletes will be supported individually.

At the moment several well-known sportsmen — Olympic Games and world championships prize-winners — represent FSB in the biathlon national team.

«Our main goal is to ensure that the sportsmen, who serve in FSB, demonstrate the best possible performance and defend the honor of our country. After signing this agreement we can discuss all the other possibilities of cooperation and questions which are under our jurisdiction,» comments the head of the FSB Center for the special physical training Yury Blinov.

«The FSB Center for the special physical training not only supports the leading Russian biathletes. This Center is also one of the determining organizations in terms of the preparation of the biathlon competitions in Russia,» stresses the CEO of the RBU Sergey Kushchenko. «By signing this agreement we just consolidate the relations between the RBU and FSB. We plan to extend the cooperation program.»
