Dmitry Malyshko: “I perform better when I have doubts”

Dmitry Malyshko commented on his performance in the pursuit at the World cup in Oberhof:

«I have mentioned several times that I do not like any titles like «king» or similar. It is easier for me to compete when I have doubts. I have a better concentration then.

I was so worried today, especially at the last shooting. I am glad and did not expect to shoot that well. This was my first race when I shot clean at all four shootings. Oberhof is my best result in carrier.

When the coaches said that I had 50 seconds advantage I thought that it was a big gap. That is why I finished with the flag.»
