    Yevgeni Ustyugov ranked 9th in men’s Pursuit at the World Cup Final in Oslo Holmenkollen today. He was followed by teammates Anton Shipulin, who ranked 10th, and Ivan Tcherezov, 11th. Aleksey Volkov finished on the 21st position.

    In men’s Sprint at Oslo Holmenkollen World Cup Russian biathletes didn’t win medals. Ivan Tcherezov ranked 18th, Yevgeni Ustyugov finished on the 26th place, Anton Shipulin ranked 30th, Aleksey Volkov 37th, Andrey Makoveev 41st and Maksim Maksimov 50th.

    Russian team won another silver medal, this time in men’s Mass Start. Olympic Champion Yevgeni Ustyugov confirmed his class ranking 2nd in the last single race of the World Championships in Khanty-Mansiysk. Ivan Tcherezov ranked 5th, Andrey Makoveev finished on the 7th position, Maksim Maksimov was 18th and Maxim Tchoudov ranked 30th.

    Russian squad of Anton Shipulin, Yevgeni Ustyugov, Maksim Maksimov and Ivan Tcherezov ranked second thus winning silver medals in men’s Relay at the World Championships in Khanty-Mansiysk. Norwegians became World Champions and Ukrainians won bronze medals.

    In the most spectacular day of the early spring Russian team took the first medal on the World Championship in Khanty Mansiysk. Maxim Maksimov was the second in the individual race 40 seconds after Tarjei Boe from Norway and with Christoph Sumann in the back.

    Men’s Pursuit opened the 3rd competition day at Khanty-Mansiysk. Yevgeni Ustyugov from Russia ranked 12th, Andrey MAkoveev finished 17th followed by Ivan Tcherezov, Anton Shipulin ranked 21st.

    In the last day of the ongoing European Championship in Ridnaun, Italy, Alexey Volkov took gold in the men's pursuit competition being 2nd in the start list. Timofey Lapshin was 8th, Evgeny Garanichev 14th, Victor Vasiliyev 17th.

    Ivan Cherezov got second place in the extended podium in a row after men's pursuit in Fort Kent. Andrey Makoveev was 14th, Maksim Maksimov 20th and Aleksey Churin 30th. Maksim Chudov didn't start because of injury.

    Anton Shipulin won a second medal in a row in Antholz-Anterselva finishing 3rd in men’s mass start competition. Ivan Tcherezov ranked 12th, young Yevgeni Garanichev finished on the 24th position while Olympic Champion Yevgeni Ustyugov ranked 28th and Maxim Tchoudov ranked 30th.
